About us

The Crescent is a family business which has been trading successfully for over 50 years.

It was established in 1971 by Brian Lundie.

Brian is now in his 80s and enjoying a well-earned retirement, with the two shops now managed by his sons Heath and Karl who both have over 30 years experience in the Fish and Chip business.

From the land and sea to the plate ... delicious, nutritious and totally natural!

Our Fish and Chips are fried in British beef dripping for a traditional flavour and crisp texture.

We serve freshly cut chips prepared on the premises every day using carefully selected potatoes, to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

All our fish is responsibly sourced from sustainable, well-managed fish stocks and is fried to order. We use our own unique, homemade batter that contains only natural ingredients.
